Contract Program Security Officer (CPSO)
Location: Creech Air Force Base
Position Description
Perform all program, personnel, and facility security activities required in closed, classified, Special Access Program (SAP), multi-disciplinary environments.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma augmented by ongoing technical training, certification, and work experience of at least 5 years performing in a PSO/CPSO/SSO capacity
- Demonstrated experience in providing day-to-day security oversight involving multiple security disciplines to include program, personnel, and physical security
- Experience and working knowledge of classified materials handling procedures and Top Secret Control Account (TSCA) requirements and procedures
- Experience and working knowledge of ICD 705-1, Physical/Technical Security Standards for SCIFs
- Active TS/SCI
- Possess current state driver’s license
General Job Responsibilities
- Execute all program, personnel, and physical security management practices and compliance oversight in support of closed, classified, Special Access Program, multi-disciplinary environments
- Execute all SCIF related security protocols, including the management of open/close procedures, alarming, and access control
- Execute all security education, training, and awareness programs, indoctrination/de-brief activities, refresher briefings, and security reports
- Administer all candidate personnel security clearance eligibility reviews, requests, actions needed, and approval process coordination
