Joint Unmanned Aerial Systems Digital Information Exchange (JUDIE) Joint Test (JT)

Roseburg, OR., March 29, 2010 / Invictus Technical Solutions (ITS) today announced that it is part of the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) team to awarded a task to provide services on the Office of the Sectary of Defense (OSD) Joint UAS Digital Information Exchange (JUDIE) Joint Test (JT). ITS is developing, testing, and evaluating UAS tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to improve joint battlespace situational awareness and target prosecution capabilities for the supported commander at brigade-level (or equivalent) and below.

The JUDIE JT is focused on improving joint UAS support for the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and kinetic mission roles currently employed in Irregular Warfare utilizing C4I systems. Combatant Command endorsers and the JUDIE Joint Feasibility Study (JFS) Joint Warfighter Advisory Group (JWAG) agree the JUDIE JT is essential to improving cross-component Joint UAS digital information exchange in both coalition and US combat operations. Also, ITS makes recommendations for improvements over current architecture and interoperability methods to optimally use C4I systems.

“The JUDIE JT has a critical mission and the support provided by ITS will provide a vital role fulfilling it,” said Josh Murphy, ITS President.
