Education Desired: High School and Work Experience
Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years Physical Security history along experience
Skills Desired: Extensive Physical security experience along with Personnel and Cyber/Computer experience
Position Description: Physical Security Program, effectively manage the Physical Security Program to include:
Management of the SSO Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and subordinate SCIFs that fall under the security cognizance of the SSO
Additionally, the following duties must be performed:
Ensure all accreditation packages contain required supporting documentation, are submitted in a timely manner, and properly reviewed and maintained
Provide physical security technical guidance to the SSO and other requesting organizations
Review, prepare, coordinate and disseminate Emergency Access Plans and Standard Operating procedures
Provide Emanations Security (EMSEC) guidance and training to supported organizations
Assist the SSO in conducting SCIF security reviews
Process combination changes on workcenter Cipher locks, X-07, X-08 and X-09 locks, in addition to other in-use dial combination locks
Security Clearance: Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, ITS will only consider applicants with security clearances.
